WAGGA Local Court is to consider submissions on an application on behalf of a woman accused of murder at West Wyalong to cross-examine a witness at a future committal hearing.
The case of Marianne Parker was mentioned before magistrate Michael Antrum on Wednesday.
Her solicitor, Joy Kirby, told Mr Antrum that 55-year-old Parker did not seek to appear in court via audi-visual link with prison.
Parker has been in custody since the alleged murder of her 50-year-old husband Ken in their Monash Street home on December 18.
It is alleged Parker stabbed her husband to death.
Ms Kirby asked for an adjournment for the preparation of a what is known as a Section 91 submission.
The adjournment was granted and the case stood over until October 1.
