The superstar mare has come up with barrier eight, inside the second draw, for the $100,000 Breeders Crown final at Melton.
It's the one draw trainer-driver Bruce Harpley didn't want, but will still go into the race extremely confident.
"It was the worst possible draw we could get but that's the way it goes," Harpley said.
"You have you good and the bad and the bottom line is I don't want to swap horses regardless of where she draws so we will adapt and she what happens."
Frith wasn't on her best behaviour in Sunday's heat, but Harpley didn't want her too stirred up at the start and believes she'll be switched on for her final race of the season.
Harpley plans to give the four-year-old a six to seven week spell, with the Ladyship Mile in March her biggest aim next season.
Frith's Mach Three foal via a surrogate mare is due shortly, but Harpley doesn't believe she will be bred from again this year.

NEW breeding incentives have been announced by Harness Racing NSW this week to attract breeders in the state.
The foal notification has been reduced and some naming fees removed, incentives will be offered to breed trotters and colonial-bred foals will also receive a payment of $500.
To be eligible for the $500 a stallion must have been bred in Australasia, stand in NSW, won a group one and his sire must have won a group one.
Yirribee will stand three sires eligible for the discount and studmaster Roger Strong thought it was be a great incentive for breeders.
"It will be great for Caribbean Blaster, Lombo Pocket Watch and Robin Hood," he said.
"As well as local breeders and the ones who go for cheaper horses as it allows them to be at a more affordable price."
Breeding season is just around the corner and preparations are busily underway at Yirribee Pacing Stud.
September 1 is the official start to the season, but all stallions are on the property in readiness.
Eight stallions will stand at the stud, plus frozen semen is also available.
Two new recruits, Pet Rock and Caribbean Blaster made the trip to Wagga last week.
Pet Rock, the fastest son of Rocknroll Hanover, set world records for 800m tracks and 1000m tracks and his book in America was sold out in 10 days.

RENEGING returned to the winners list for the 16 months at Parkes on Saturday night.
A winner of 19 races, the seven-year-old mare enjoyed a step down in class to win the R4 or better pace by 10.9 metres.
It's also the first time the Matthew Harris-trained mare has worn spreaders in a race.
"I've trained her in them this prep as she just brushes her knee and started to lose her confidence," Harris said.
"You would like they would go around Menangle cleaner than anywhere else but that's where she started to do it."
Harris hasn't set any plans with the $110,000-earning mare, but the breeding barn beckoning.
The Junee-trainer brought two horses to the races and went home with two winners with Top Approval saluting in his first start.
