A month after Monte Cristo owner Reg Ryan died, it's believed he has returned to the homestead - joining the other spirits still residing in the house.
His son Lawrence Ryan said while original owner Mrs Crawley was the strongest spirit - often said to be telling people to leave if they're not dressed appropriately or have bad manners - each spirit had a connection.
"Every spirit is a different person who had a significant connection to the house," Mr Ryan said.
Mr Ryan said a recent tour guest sent a photo which he believes is his father's spirit returning to the house he restored from a wreck and developed into a thriving business.
Each week Mr Ryan sees photos which include something that can't be explained by a reflection or a flash.
On Friday, medium Janine Louise will be hosting a public show at Monte Cristo.
"She feels she's got a lot of pressure on her shoulders to do it justice," Mr Ryan said.
While Ms Louise will hear from guests' deceased relatives - the local spirits are also expected to be putting in their two bob's worth.
