Two people forced entry to the Nagle Street building about 1am and were captured by CCTV cameras inside.
The surveillance system itself was also targeted, without success, as the pair smashed their way around the centre.
Owner Wes Fang said all the arcade game machines were broken into and computer equipment smashed.
Sections of the plasterboard walls were also kicked in.
Mr Fang was unable to put a figure on the damage caused when he spoke to The Daily Advertiser late yesterday.
"It's in the thousands," Mr Fang said.
"We're still working that out."
CCTV footage was posted to the Jump'n'Putt Facebook page yesterday and shared 84 times as of late last night.
"We're really sorry to all the people we've had to turn away this morning while the police did their thing... there's nothing we hate more than disappointing our customers," the Facebook post said.
Mr Fang said the break-in couldn't have come at a worse time, with two school groups scheduled to use the centre yesterday.
"There was a little girl that arrived for her birthday ... we had to turn her away," he said.
Wagga police have been given the footage and are investigating the incident.
