THE woman who admitted stealing many thousands of dollars from Westpac while working for the bank at Coolamon is expected to be sentenced in September.
Dianne Maree Whybro, 52, pleaded guilty on May 28 to one count of dishonestly obtaining a financial advantage by deception.
Police alleged at the time of her arrest earlier this year that Whybro stole $257,000 between April 19, 2012, and October 28, 2013.
But that figure may change following negotiations between police and Whybro's solicitor, Angus Harrowell.
Mr Harrowell told Wagga Local Court on Wednesday he understood representations to police on Whybro's behalf in relation to the facts sheet had been successful.
He said police now required time to finalise the facts ahead of sentencing.
Police prosecutor Sergeant Priscilla Jones agreed.
Magistrate Michael Antrum adjourned the case until September 24 for Whybro to be sentenced.
Mr Antrum asked Mr Harrowell if the stolen money had been recovered.
Mr Harrowell said no, but added there had been discussions about that issue.
He said Whybro would be represented by a barrister at sentencing.
Police allege Whybro unlawfully used Westpac's computer system to transfer money into bank accounts not entitled to receive the funds.
