The Snowy Hydro SouthCare rescue helicopter has taken the 42-year-old to Canberra Hospital.
The man's condition is understood to be stable.
2.50pm: THE Snowy Hydro SouthCare rescue helicopter has been called to a quad bike accident near Young.
Emergency services were called to the accident, on a Henry Lawson Way property, at 1.47pm on Saturday.
An Ambulance NSW spokeswoman said a 42-year-old man had sustained a fractured leg, dislocated shoulder and a cut to his forehead.
The man was conscious when paramedics arrived.
