The incidents are the latest in a rock-throwing spree at a known trouble spot in the city's southern suburbs - six vehicles were struck on Wednesday night.
A 15-year-old boy was arrested at a home in Brooks Street, Tolland, at 7.45am yesterday.
Clothing he had worn on Thursday night was also recovered.
Crime manager Detective Inspector Darren Cloake said the teenager had since made admissions to 15 rock-throwing offences and would be subjected to a "youth conference", where he will face the victims.
Inspector Cloake said police weren't in a position to charge him.
Following the teenager's admissions, he said officers would door-knock properties in the area over the weekend.
"There have been positive steps to resolve these rock-throwing incidents (and) avoid the potentially dangerous consequences these types of incidents present," Inspector Cloake said.
"Our effort will be directed towards visiting the people we deem to be responsible and advise them of the consequences."
The off-duty officer was driving on Red Hill Road, Tolland, when his car was struck about 7.45pm on Thursday.
"Even while off-duty, this officer showed fierce determination to resolve this matter."

He stopped and saw four young people running from the scene.
The officer chased the four young people through lanes ways towards Brooks Circuit and spotted them jumping fences, but managed to identify one before they got away.
"Even while off-duty, this officer showed fierce determination to resolve this matter," Inspector Cloake said.
Less than two hours later, three motorists were driving along Glenfield Road when they were pelted with rocks just north of the Red Hill Road intersection.
A Mercedes Smart hatch sustained a small crack on one of its windows, a white Ford Ranger ute was dented, and a Hyundai i20 sedan suffered small dents and mirror damage as a result of the incident, which occurred about 9pm.
All drivers stopped a short distance down the road and saw five or six people, believed to be children, run away from the embankment on the western side of the road.
Police were called and made extensive patrols of the Tolland area, but were unable to locate anyone.
