Police from Young and Cootamundra were joined by a Wagga-based drug-detection dog to execute a search warrant on the Henry Lawson Way address about 3pm on Thursday.
Senior Constable Mick Wood, from Cootamundra police, said the raid was prompted by information cannabis being grown and sold at the location.
During the search officers located 323 grams of cannabis leaf in various locations, which was packed in about 15 resealable plastic bags.
Six small cannabis plants, about 10cm high, were located in individual pots under a lamp in the main bedroom's ensuite.
"In the rear shed, a secret room was discovered that was housing a hydroponic setup that contained six large mature cannabis plants," Senior Constable Wood said.
"The room was the result of a false wall being placed at the rear of an adjoining garage."
A 59-year old woman was charged with possessing a prohibited drug and two counts of cultivating a prohibited drug/plant.
A 32-year-old man, who also lives at the location, is yet to be spoken to because he wasn't home at the time of the search.
The estimated value of the cannabis was between $12,000 and $14,000.
