EAST Wagga-Kooringal will be without star recruit Marc Geppert for a further week after he was left out of the Hawks team for today's clash with Northern Jets.
Geppert injured his ankle in the pre-season and has not recovered fully since he booted 10 goals in the Hawks' round one win over Charles Sturt University.
He missed the past two games through unavailability but will now miss a third week with the injured ankle, having failed to get through training on Thursday night.
EWK will be boosted by the return of fellow Collingullie-Ashmont-Kapooka recruit Ben Absolum.
Absolum has missed the Hawks' last two losses due to his wedding and honeymoon but will be rushed back into the team for the game against the Jets.
Absolum, Blake Aichinger, Brock Argus and Zac McDonald all go into the Hawks team, at the expense of injured Michael O'Dea, Wayne Rolla, Sam King and Jacob Tiernan.
The Jets lose Declan O'Rourke, Jack Fisher and Brenton Cox, but welcome back Albert Gibson, Michael Keatley and Aidan Cattle.
In the big clash between Temora and Coleambally, the reigning premier loses star recruit Matt Wallis, talented youngster Jack Irvine and Travis Block.
The Kangaroos welcome back coach Mark Kruger, Simon Turner and Rory Block.
Coleambally welcomes back ruckman Dean Pound and Graham O'Connell in what is Jack Painting's 100th game.
Meanwhile, in the Riverina Football League, not only will Leeton-Whitton be without Bryce O'Garey through suspension but also fellow Tasmanian Ben Curley.
GGGM coach Jayden Kotzur has also ruled himself out for the clash at Leeton Showground due to a shoulder injury.
Coolamon will welcome back Joe Redfern for its game against Griffith, who will be boosted by the inclusion of Josh Hamilton and Michael Handby.
