Paramedics responded to the accident around 9.35am, where they discovered a vehicle had crashed into a fence, an Ambulance Service of NSW spokeswoman said.
While the 24-year-old female found at the scene suffered no visible injuries, she suffered seizures and has been transported to Wagga Base Hospital in a critical condition.
The spokeswoman confirmed the motorist suffered no injuries as a result of the crash but was instead treated for a “medical condition” at the scene of the accident.
As at 11.30am, a spokeswoman for Wagga Base Hospital said the woman is in a "stable condition" with no plans as yet to transfer her to a metropolitan hospital.
