Melinda Skidmore, founder of Angels for the Forgotten, said despite saying she believed the statistic was relevant, she still thought running a charity was under-resourced hard work.

Hobart ranked at number seven, LaTrobe Valley at number eight and Western Australia's Mandurah ranked number nine.
Queensland city Toowoomba ranked tenth, sitting at 42.2 per cent.
"Wagga is incredibly generous," city mayor, Rod Kendall, said.
