Setting off at 9am, riders will spread the spirit of Christmas giving by encouraging the community to donate toys for kids in need this Christmas.
Secretary of the Wagga Toy Run George Pender said people wishing to donate need to remember the run would like to see new toys donated, not old.
"It's great to get toys, but the kids who will be getting them are being given something second hand all the time," Mr Pender said.
"We believe it is nice for them to get something new for a change, so when Christmas Day comes they can tear into the wrapping, see it's new and undo the packaging knowing it is their's first."
The toy run will travel through Glenfield Park, Ashmont, Estella, North Wagga, Forest Hill, Lake Albert, Kooringal and Turvey Park before rolling into Baylis Street just after noon.
The ride will end at Bolton Park with a sausage sizzle, but more importantly a chance for residents to pick up a few Christmas presents themselves.
The GEO Group, sponsors of the event, will run a wooden toy auction of items too large to donate to Vinnies or the Salvos.
Items include cubby house furniture, large toy trucks and book shelves.
Mr Pender said other donated items not deemed suitable will also be auctioned off including an android tablet, bikes and a wheelbarrow of gardening equipment.
All proceeds from the auction go towards purchasing more toys in support of next year's event.
